I am Michelle Fraser-Romany, Personal Assistant and Administrative Coordinator, key responsibilities include, customer & client support, business development, dispatching workforce management, maintenance of client relations, ensuring efficiency in deliverables just to name a few.

I am an enthusiastic team player, affecting the environment with authenticity and determination. I am committed to excellence-doing my best and together with my willingness to learn it has allowed me to persevere in areas that expanded my horizons and growth as an individual.

I have studied fields in Customer Service, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Counselling. I’m excited to learn and bring my unique blend of skills and experience to new endeavours.

Throughout my career I have held positions of Customer Service Representative, Human Resource Assistant, Operations Assistant and Assistant Manager.

My experience includes ensuring quality client, care, management of teams ensuring they are optimally performing, training and development of employees, recruitment, advisory services, administrative support, evaluation of methods and systems and procedures for the purpose of improving performance and service and the implementation of approved operating policies, methods and procedures.
